SF-630 - SYNTHETIC PAO CHAIN LUBRICANT

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

SF-630 is a fully synthetic high-temperature fluid containing state-of-the-art synthetic additives blended with a stable, long-chain synthetic PAO base stock of the highest purity. Careful selection of additives results in a fluid that resists high-temperature decomposition and prevents the formation of sludge or carbon normally produced by petroleum-based products. This results in longer equipment life, less maintenance, better efficiency, while costly downtime is significantly reduced.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

SF-630 series of fluids are recommended for all high-temperature operating components such as plain and roller bearings, bushings, chains, cams, and other applications where load factors are critical. Applications can be found in:

  • Glass forming and heat-treating conveyor ovens
  • Textile stenter frames and dry cans
  • Food wafer oven chains
  • Baking ovens in the metal annealing and smelting industries
  • Paint curing ovens

SELCO SF-610 - Synthetic PAG Chain Lubricant (Paint-Friendly, High Temperature Chain Oil)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

SF-610 is a high-temperature lubricant specifically formulated with synthetic PAG base stocks, offering exceptional high-temperature lubrication capabilities. The careful selection of additives ensures resistance to high-temperature decomposition and prevents sludge or carbon formation, which is common with petroleum-based products. This results in longer equipment life, reduced maintenance, improved efficiency, and significantly lower downtime.

Lubricating conveyor chains in high-temperature stoving sectors often leads to painting problems if the chain oil contaminates the paint or components. Re-treating the affected components can be costly unless these issues are addressed. The use of SF-610, a paint-friendly, high-temperature chain oil, helps to eliminate or minimize these problems.
